US President Donald Trump has called for a complete ceasefire on all fronts in the Middle East.
According to Report, he wrote about this on the social network Truth Social.
"The United States is committed to PEACE, and we encourage everyone in the Middle East Region to maintain their commitment to allowing our negotiations to beautifully unfold. The Markets are loving what is happening with Oil Prices way down, and Stocks way up. We expect a complete Ceasefire on all fronts, including Lebanon, Hezbollah, and Israel. Thank you for your attention to this matter," Trump said in a post on Truth Social, as quoted by Report.
The memorandum signed between the United States and Iran on June 18 provides for the launch of a 60-day negotiation process to develop a comprehensive agreement between Washington and Tehran. The document also includes provisions on reducing tensions between the parties, discussing Iran's nuclear program, gradually easing sanctions, and ensuring the security of shipping in the Strait of Hormuz.
