Three dead, six injured in Russia's shelling of Kharkiv Oblast

Russian Armed Forces shelled eight settlements in Ukraine's Kharkiv Oblast over the past day, killing three people and injuring six others, stated Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Report informs, via Ukrainian media.
Syniehubov added that efforts are underway to restore electricity in the affected areas.
