EC presents draft 14th package of sanctions against Russia

The European Commission (EC) presented the draft 14th package of sanctions against Russia, which provides for restrictions on LNG imports, Report informs via Polish Radio.
The restrictions will apply to the transshipment of Russian LNG in European ports, as well as to the work of Russian-owned transport companies in the EU.
In addition, a list of companies outside the EU that will be subject to trade restrictions has been prepared. The import of helium will be banned, as well as the export of manganese ore, mining machines, monitors and electronics will be restricted.
The sanctions will also affect Russian funding of European political parties, foundations, non-governmental organizations and research centers.
