Sybiha, Mirzoyan discuss development of Ukraine-Armenia relations

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha has held a phone conversation with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, Report informs, citing Sybiha's post on X.

Sybiha said the sides discussed the development of Ukraine-Armenia relations and ways to further advance bilateral dialogue.

The ministers also followed up on recent high-level contacts, including Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's and Sybiha's visit to Armenia for the European Political Community Summit.

The sides exchanged views on regional developments and the importance of stability and security in their regions for broader European security.

Sybiha said he informed his Armenian counterpart about the consequences of Russia's latest attacks against Ukraine and what he described as Moscow's "continued terror" against the Ukrainian people and civilian infrastructure.

The ministers agreed to remain in close contact and continue developing Ukraine-Armenia cooperation.
