Serbian government reduces excise duties on petroleum products

The Government of Serbia has adopted an amendment to its decision on limiting the prices of petroleum products, temporarily setting new excise duty rates on fuel, the Balkan bureau of Report informs.
From April 10 to April 24, 2026, the excise duty on gasoline will be reduced by 25% to 54 dinars per liter, while for diesel fuel it will be set at 55.53 dinars per liter.
In mid-March, the Serbian government adopted a decision to temporarily reduce excise duties on petroleum products.
