Serbia presents new, modernized defense assets at Batajnica airfield

New and modernized defense assets of the Serbian Armed Forces have been presented at the Colonel-Pilot Milenko Pavlovic military airfield in Batajnica.
Report's Balkan bureau informs that Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic attended the event. He was welcomed by Defense Minister Bratislav Gasic and Chief of the General Staff of the Serbian Armed Forces General Milan Mojsilovic.
The presentation featured new equipment developed by Serbia's defense industry, as well as the country's modern weapons and military hardware. They included MiG-29 and Orao aircraft equipped with ammunition, H145 helicopters, various drones, missile launchers and small arms.
Batajnica, located 25 km from Belgrade, is home to Serbia's largest military airfield. It belongs to the Serbian Air Force and Air Defense.
