The United States is trying to withdraw from negotiations on Ukraine, Russian presidential adviser Anton Kobyakov said, according to Interfax, cited by Report.
"You see how the United States is trying to exit the negotiations. Secretary of State Rubio is openly saying: 'We do not see any point,'" he said on Saturday.
