Russian MFA: USAID not engaged in development, but in regime change

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is a tool for interfering in the internal affairs of the countries where it operates, stated Maria Zakharova, the spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, during a briefing today, Report informs.
Zakharova described the organization as "a mechanism for changing the political system and state structure."
