Russian embassy to Afghanistan appeals to Russian nationals

The Embassy of Russia to Afghanistan has addressed its citizens residing in this country.
Report informs, citing RIA Novosti, that the message has to do with the evacuation issues.
Those Russian nationals who wish to leave Afghanistan should apply to the embassy in Kabul until August 22.
