Russian ambassador summoned to Danish MFA

Russia's Ambassador to Denmark, Vladimir Barbin, has been summoned to the country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), Danish Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen stated, Report informs, citing a post by Denmark's Foreign Ministry on X.
"According to the armed forces, one of the Air Force helicopters came under fire from signal flares during a planned photo mission of a Russian frigate near Gedser waters. This is completely unacceptable. Therefore, the Russian ambassador has been summoned to the Foreign Ministry," reads the post.
Denmark's Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen also described the incident as extremely serious.
