Russia’s single-day coronavirus death toll reaches 1,178

Over the past 24 hours, Russia has recorded 39,008 cases of coronavirus infection, bringing the total number of cases to 8,593,200, Report informs citing RIA Novosti.

Over the past day, 1,178 people have become victims of COVID, while 30,905 patients have recovered.

Over the entire period, 240,871 people have died and 7,412,631 people have recovered.
