Russia, China ink memorandum on creating Lunar research station

Roscosmos CEO Dmitry Rogozin and the head of the Chinese National Space Administration (CNSA) Zhang Kejian have signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in creating the International Scientific Lunar Station, Report informs with reference to TASS.
“The Roscosmos State Corporation for Space Activities and CNSA will promote cooperation on creating an open access system for all interested countries and international partners to strengthen research cooperation and promote the exploration and use of outer space for peaceful purposes in the interests of all mankind,” Roscosmos said in a message.
