Russia attacks Donetsk, Kharkiv regions: 4 killed, 18 injured

At least four people have been killed and 18 others injured in Russian attacks on Ukraine's Donetsk and Kharkiv regions over the past 24 hours, Report informs referring to Ukrainian media.
Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, said 30 attacks on populated areas were recorded in the region over the past 24 hours.
"Four civilians were killed and 15 others were injured in Russian shelling in the Donetsk region," he noted.
Three people were injured in the attacks on Kharkiv. A vehicle belonging to one of the city's utility companies was hit.
