Reuters: Most Americans expect financial impact from war with Iran

A majority of US residents believe the war in Iran will negatively affect their finances and expressed concern for the safety of American troops.
According to Report, a poll conducted by Ipsos for Reuters howed that 56% of respondents expect their economic situation to worsen, while only 7% disagreed. Another 12% said the conflict would not affect their finances, and 25% were unsure.
Additionally, 52% of respondents believe the war will negatively impact the situation in the Middle East, and 49% think it will lower living standards in Iran.
Meanwhile, 86% of those surveyed expressed concern for the lives of US military personnel, 12% said they were not worried, and 3% were undecided.
