Putin and Pezeshkian to discuss Middle East in Ashgabat

The presidents of Russia and Iran, Vladimir Putin and Masoud Pezeshkian, will discuss a wide range of topics at their upcoming meeting in Ashgabat, Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov said, Report informs via TASS.
The two presidents will also talk about bilateral relations and the situation in the Middle East.
"First and foremost, it's about bilateral Russian-Iranian relations," he said about the agenda of the talks. "We have quite close relations in various fields. But, of course, the situation in the Middle East will not be neglected and will also be on the agenda. In any case, it will be a serious conversation. This is the first meeting of the presidents (Vladimir Putin and Masoud Pezeshkian)."
