Pompeo warns Belarus

The head of the US State Department, Mike Pompeo, said that the American side would continue to prosecute the Belarusian authorities, Report says.
“The United States and the European Union have taken joint action against those involved in efforts to undermine the country’s democracy,” he recalled and stressed that Washington would continue to prosecute representatives of the republic’s government.
US Secretary of State wrote on Twitter that the US authorities would use all the tools at their disposal.
Notably, the United States and EU introduced restrictive measures against Belarusian officials. Moreover, President of the Republic Alexander Lukashenko is not on the sanctions list.
