Poland seeks to join coalition of countries involved in Ukraine's restoration

The Polish authorities are striving not to miss the opportunity to participate in the restoration of Ukraine and join the coalition of countries that will do this, President of Poland Andrzej Duda said on Thursday at a briefing after meeting British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, Report informs via TASS.

"The prime minister and I talked about the prospect of restoring Ukraine. I said that we hope for British support to be in a coalition of countries that will participate in these economic processes related to the restoration of Ukraine," Andrzej Duda said.

According to Duda, Poland is a key transit country for the West to communicate with Ukraine.

"I would like us to actively participate in this process. I asked for the Prime Minister's support. Because he is a member of the G7 and G20, that is, on the platforms where this is now being discussed. I would like Poland to be in the game in that sense," the Polish leader said.
