OTS expands cooperation to 58 areas, says Kubanychbek Omuraliev

Within the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), cooperation is currently being implemented in 58 areas, which demonstrates a significant expansion of interaction among the member countries, the organization's Secretary General Kubanychbek Omuraliev said at the second meeting of Heads of Government/Vice-President of the member states of the OTS in Baku, Report informs.

"Since our first meeting, this platform has already proven its significance. It has become an important mechanism for strengthening practical cooperation and ensuring better coordination between governments," he noted.

According to Omuraliev, in recent years, the OTS has significantly expanded the scope of its activities.

"Today, we are already cooperating in 58 different areas and mechanisms of cooperation. At the same time, there is a growing need to ensure the full implementation of decisions adopted by the heads of state at summits. This platform is a valuable opportunity to assess progress and further accelerate their implementation," the secretary general added.
