Orban: If Trump had remained president, Russia-Ukraine war would not have happened

If Donald Trump had remained as US President, the Russia-Ukraine war would not have happened, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said on state radio, Report informs.

He addressed the 2020 US presidential election, stating, “If there had been no fraud, which should be unthinkable in a Western democracy, Donald Trump would have remained president. And if that had happened, there would be no Ukrainian-Russian war today.”

He highlighted the ideological contrast between Democrats and Republicans, noting, “The Democrats are globalists, while the Republicans stand on national foundations.” PM Orban argued that the Democrats pursue their agenda through networks, including those associated with George Soros, and described this influence as deeply entrenched in Brussels as well.
