NYT: Over 300 classified documents stored at Trump's estate

Former US President Donald Trump kept at least 300 classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida, Report informs referring to The New York Times.

About 150 classified documents were handed over by the former head of the White House to the US National Archives and Records Administration in January, the rest of the materials with classified information were handed over by Trump's representatives to the US Department of Justice in June, and also seized during a search in Mar-a-Lago at the beginning of August.

The publication notes that at present, representatives of the US administration have 26 boxes of materials kept by Trump, of which there are 11 sets of classified materials, including one set labeled "top secret". Among the returned classified materials were documents from the Central Intelligence Agency, the National Security Agency and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
