Ukraine will face a terrible winter, said NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, Report informs.
According to him, at the meeting of the foreign ministers of the Alliance countries in Bucharest, Romania, a decision will be made on the expansion of aid to Ukraine, including the supply of fuel and medicine.
