A microlight aircraft has crashed at the Všeň airfield in the Semily district of northern Czechia, Report informs, citing the Idnes portal and police spokesperson Ivana Baláková.
According to the information, the plane crashed and caught fire approximately 10 seconds after takeoff on Saturday evening.
"The pilot, who was alone in the two-seater ultralight aircraft, unfortunately died," she noted.
The causes of the incident are currently under investigation.
