The Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry has clarified establishing a new Russian military base in the country, Report mentions, referring to RIA Novosti.
"The issue of establishing a second Russian military base in Kyrgyzstan has not been raised in connection with the situation in Afghanistan," the ministry noted.
