The Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has summoned a Russian diplomat and handed him a note of protest in connection with the recent massive strikes in Ukraine, Report informs.
"Lithuanian MFA summoned Russian diplomat to lodge a protest note over recent massive attacks that caused numerous civilian casualties in Kyiv and other locations in Ukraine.
Lithuania also refuted the false claims by the Russian MFA officials directed against the Baltic States," the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry wrote on X.
Today, three people were killed and 10 others were injured in a Russian drone strike on Kyiv.
The previous Russian military attack on the Ukrainian capital from July 5 to 6 claimed the lives of 22 people.
