A carbon monoxide poisoning incident occurred Saturday morning, at a lime kiln in Jiangxian County of Yuncheng City, north China's Shanxi Province, leaving one person dead, two seriously injured and three others slightly injured, according to local authorities, Report informs via Xinhua.
