Lavrov: Russia does not refuse to hold negotiations on Ukraine

Russia is not giving up talks on Ukraine, but the longer the West avoids it, the more difficult the situation will become, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a press conference with the Foreign Minister of the Republic of South Africa, Report informs.
The Russian Foreign Minister said that Ukraine is not interested in negotiations:
"Moscow is not against mediation regarding the situation around Ukraine. But the point is that official Kyiv is not interested in negotiations."
