Kremlin doesn't rule out Putin-Trump dialogue before inauguration

The Kremlin has not excluded the possibility of Russian President Vladimir Putin communicating with US President-elect Donald Trump before the latter's inauguration, according to Dmitry Peskov, Putin's press secretary, Report informs via Interfax.
Peskov, referencing Trump's own statements, noted, "It's not ruled out. He said he would call Putin before the inauguration. Those are his words."
>When asked if the Russian presidential administration or Foreign Ministry had been in touch with Trump's team since the election, Peskov responded, "No. Why should we contact them?"
Peskov also indicated that a conversation between Putin and outgoing US President Joe Biden is not planned.
