Russia must stop to use food as a weapon, said Josep Borrel, High Representative of the European Union (EU) for foreign affairs and security policy, Report informs.
"We have to convince Russia with a clear and unified voice to resume its participation in the Black Sea Grain Initiative," he tweeted.
