Italy police arrest 99 people in Mafia crackdown

Italian law enforcement has detained 99 people suspected of local mafia involvement in the southern city of Bari, Report informs, citing TASS.
According to the report, the detainees are suspected of alleged crimes connected to the Strishulo clan operating south of the country. The alleged crimes under investigation range from extortion to international drug trafficking.
