Italy will start mitigating some quarantine restrictions imposed due to novel coronavirus from April 26, said Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi.
"We are taking a risk by making such a decision, but it is based on improving epidemiological data. Outdoor restaurants and bars will soon be reopened for lunch and dinner, and all students will return to full-time education," the PM added.
According to the minister, people will be allowed to travel between the regions.
