Italian FM: War in Ukraine should be ended diplomatically

The war in Ukraine must be ended diplomatically. However, the Russian authorities do not want to sit at the negotiating table, Italian Foreign Minister Luigi Di Maio told Corriere della Sera, Report informs.

Diplomatic talks are underway, but all mediation efforts have failed because of Vladimir Putin.

According to him, Ukraine has the right to defend itself and should be supported.
