Israel's representative to the UN calls on Secretary-General to resign 

Gilad Erdan, Permanent Representative of Israel to the United Nations, called on Secretary-General Antonio Guterres to resign, Report informs.

“It is simply a shame that the UN Secretary-General still does not apologize for the distorted statements he said - he must resign‼️” Gilad Erdan wrote on X.

“The Secretary-General clearly said yesterday that Hamas' campaign of slaughter and murder "did not happen in a vacuum." Every person understood very well that he blamed Israel, or at least showed understanding for the massacre.

“A Secretary General who does not understand that the murder of innocents does not and cannot have any "background", cannot be Secretary General!

“We will work to deliver a clear message to the UN—we will not accept the continued bias and hatred towards Israel!” the ambassador said.
