Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has claimed responsibility for an attack carried out this morning on the Ali Al Salem military base in Kuwait, where US forces are stationed, Al Jazeera says, citing an IRGC statement.
Two drone hangars and a fuel storage facility used for aircraft and military helicopters were set on fire and destroyed.
The US Central Command (CENTCOM) said US forces completed another wave of strikes against Iran overnight into Thursday.
