US forces destroyed a surveillance tower at Chahbahar port in eastern Iran during attacks yesterday, according to a US Central Command (CENTCOM) post on X, Report informs via AlJazeera.
The tower was part of a maritime surveillance network used to track and target commercial vessels transiting the Strait of Hormuz, CENTCOM said.
