India will increase oil and gas trade with the US, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi said after talks with US President Donald Trump, Report informs.
Modi stated that India will develop oil and gas trade with the US to ensure energy security.
According to him, investments in energy infrastructure will increase.
Modi noted that during talks with Trump, they also discussed deepening cooperation in nuclear energy, particularly the development of small nuclear reactors.
Additionally, India's Prime Minister emphasized that the two countries will work on signing a trade agreement that will bring mutual benefits to them.
