The price of gold futures on the Comex exchange (a division of the New York Mercantile Exchange) fell below $2,900 per troy ounce for the first time since February 17, Report informs.
As of 20:08 Baku time (GMT +4), the price of gold fell by 2.23%, to $2,897 per ounce. By 20:13, gold slowed its decline and was trading at $2,907.3 per ounce (-1.89%).
