Germany names conditions for lifting sanctions against Russia

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz announced a condition for lifting sanctions against Russia, Report informs says, citing a foreign media outlet.
According to him, this may happen only after consultations with Ukraine.
“Moscow will have to reach an agreement with Kyiv,” Olaf Scholz said.
