FM: “Visits of foreign officials to Ukraine reduce military escalation risks”

"No one knows what Russian President Vladimir Putin has in mind. However, I know that the intensive arrivals of high-ranking foreign officials in our country reduce the risk of military escalation," Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba told a briefing, Report informs, citing UNIAN.

"More high-ranking officials from different countries are expected to visit Ukraine in the coming weeks. At the same time, the Greek foreign minister has already arrived in Ukraine today, and the foreign ministers of the Netherlands and the United Kingdom will soon arrive. A number of Central European foreign ministers will also visit Ukraine next week. We will receive the Turkish president in Ukraine this week," he said.

The prime ministers of the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Poland will visit Ukraine this week. The German and French foreign ministers will travel to Ukraine next week.
