22 injured in Kyiv airstrikes, including two children, mayor says

The number of people injured in Russian airstrikes on Kyiv has risen to 22, including two children, the city's mayor Vitali Klitschko said, Report informs.

According to Klitschko, 12 of the injured have been hospitalized.

He added that drone attacks have damaged buildings and caused disruptions in the energy supply:

"As a result of the enemy attack in Kyiv, there are interruptions in heating and energy supply. Currently, more than 2,600 residential buildings, 187 kindergartens, 138 schools, and 22 social facilities are without centralized heating. Energy specialists and communal services are working to restore heating and electricity," he said.

Klitschko also emphasized that attacks on the capital are still ongoing.

Five people were injured as a result of Russian attacks on Kyiv, city mayor Vitali Klitschko said, Report informs via the local press.

According to city mayor Vitali Klitschko, four of the injured were taken to hospital, while one person received medical assistance at the scene.

He also said that a fire broke out at one of the city's facilities following the attacks.
