European Commission plans to slightly mitigate some sanctions against Russia

Today, the European Commission (EC) plans to make some changes to the sanctions regime against Russia to simplify the export of Russian food and grain.
Report informs, citing Reuters, that, according to them, the EC also intends to introduce new anti-Russian sanctions that will affect gold, chemicals and engineering.
The United States also announced the mitigation to a certain extent of some sanctions against the Russian Federation, in particular transactions in the fields of agriculture, energy, medicine and others.
