EU to expand blacklist under 10th package of sanctions against Russia

The EU intends to blacklist Tatyana Moskalkova, Ombudsman for Human Rights of the Russian Federation, Vyacheslav Dukhin, Deputy Chairman of the Moscow Government, and Lenara Ivanova, Minister of Labor, Family and Social Protection of Bashkiria, to the black list as part of the 10th package of sanctions against Russia, Report informs referring to TASS.
Also, the EU will blacklist 59 people and 28 organizations, including three Russian banks: Alfa-Bank, Tinkoff and Rosbank, according to the Brussels portal EUobserver.
