EU countries fail to agree on ninth package of sanctions against Russia

The EU countries were close to an agreement on the ninth package of sanctions against Russia during the talks Wednesday, but Poland and some other countries still have objections.
Report informs, citing Reuters, that, according to one of the diplomats, the main disagreements were on the issue of whether or not the EU should faciliate the import of Russian fertilizers through European ports.
