Permanent representatives of EU countries will discuss new sanctions against Russia related to the conflict in Ukraine, according to the meeting agenda, Report informs via TASS.
According to the document, the discussion will take place on November 27.
Earlier, EU institution leaders reported that Brussels had begun work on the 15th package of sanctions against Russia.
