"Removal proceedings of illegal migrants will be simplified in France," French President Emmanuel Macron told reporters.
Report's local bureau informs that President said the measures taken so far to deport illegal migrants from France were ineffective and explained this by the lengthy process of deportation.
Macron said that despite the refusal to enter France or to apply for asylum, the rules of deportation of illegal immigrants will be amended and the deportation procedure will be expedited.
Notably, new proposals by the government on immigrants will be discussed in the French National Assembly (parliament) on September 30.
