Death toll from Philippine earthquake rises to 60

The death toll from the earthquake that hit the Philippines on Tuesday has reached 60, the GMA TV channel noted, citing the country"s Office of Civil Defense, Report informs via TASS.
"There have been increasing reports of casualties. We have received information about the death of 60 people," said Bernardo Alejandro, the agency's deputy secretary.
