The death toll from the 7.4-magnitude earthquake in San Jose del Palmar, Colombia, has risen to 312, Report informs, citing the Colombian National Unit for Disaster Risk Management (UNGRD).
Additionally, 4,380 people have been injured, and 290 remain missing.
A total of 143,533 families and 294,503 people have been affected across 15 departments and 470 municipalities.
The earthquake has caused extensive infrastructure damage, with 134,282 homes damaged, 29,680 buildings destroyed, and 277 collapsed. Furthermore, 421 roads, 97 aqueducts, 56 vehicular bridges, and 13 pedestrian bridges have been damaged.
