Congo says number of confirmed Ebola cases rises to 635

The number of confirmed Ebola cases in the Democratic Republic of Congo has increased to 635, government data showed on Wednesday, Report informs via Reuters.
The death toll from the outbreak has reached 127.
Ebola is a severe viral disease that can cause fever, weakness, vomiting, diarrhea and internal or external bleeding in serious cases. The virus spreads through direct contact with the blood or bodily fluids of infected people or animals, and outbreaks can be deadly without rapid isolation, treatment and contact tracing.
