Russia must allow ships with much needed grain to navigate in the Black Sea, the President of the Council of the European Union (EU) Charles Michel wrote on X, Report informs.

"The Kremlin is weaponising food, hurting the most vulnerable. The EU is providing alternative export routes through our Solidarity Lanes," he said.
