Charles Michel offers condolences to Ukraine over helicopter crash

Charles Michel, President of the Council of the European Union (EU), has extended condolences to Ukraine over the helicopter crash that killed 18 people including the country's interior minister Denys Monastyrsky.
"We join Ukraine in grief following the tragic helicopter accident in Brovary," he said on Twitter, Report informs.
"Minister Denys Monastyrsky was a great friend of the EU. We share our deepest condolences with the families of the victims, President Zelenskyy, PM Denys Shmyhal, and the people of Ukraine," he tweeted.
