Canada expands sanctions against Russia

Canada has expanded its sanctions list against Russia.
Report informs, citing Kommersant and Canada's Foreign Ministry, that the sanctions target seven individuals and 34 legal entities, as well as 120 vessels belonging to Russia's shadow fleet.
The sanctions list also includes the Moscow Exchange, the St. Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange, the St. Petersburg Currency Exchange, the National Mercantile Exchange, the Grinex cryptocurrency exchange and several banks.
In addition, Canada imposed sanctions on two companies from Kyrgyzstan, two from the United Arab Emirates, and one each from Vietnam and New Zealand.
Earlier, the UK government announced that it had expanded sanctions against Russia by 43 designations.
